About Our Guild

Since its inception in 1987, this guild has remained a dynamically active association.  With a shared interest in quilts and quiltmaking, coupled with a broad array of opportunities for learning and service, guild gatherings are filled with eager activity and a warm sense fellowship.

General guild meetings occur on the third Tuesday of each month at 7pm at the Good Shepherd Church on Henderson Road in King of Prussia (For directions, click the link below).  Two quilt bees occur each month—day and evening—at various member’s homes.  Regular workshops are sponsored at nominal prices for guild members. “Comfort Quilt” gatherings enable members to come together to create quilts for those in need of comfort.  And a semi-annual weekend retreat offers a relaxing time away to focus on quilting.  These and other guild activities, enable members to learn new techniques, improve general workmanship, participate in philanthropic endeavors, etc. while also building lasting friendships.

Our affiliation with NQA National Quilters Association (member number #451), community organizations, and other sister guilds, affords us additional avenues to for worthwhile quilt-related interactions.

If you’re interested in visiting us, guests are always welcome at our general monthly meetings at a modest guest fee ($5).  If you’re interested in becoming a member, click on membership to the left.
